As Chief Medical Officer of Aerolib AI, a subsidiary of Aerolib Healthcare Solutions, Dr. Pahuja leads the development of innovative healthcare analytics and AI solutions that improve patient safety, quality, and outcomes, while reducing costs and risks. He oversees utilization review, case management, audit, and appeal services for Aerolib’s clients. Dr. Pahuja is also a Fellow in Hospital Medicine and holds leadership positions in the American College of Physicians TX Chapter. He is the CMO at Aerolib Ventures LLC and Aerolib Insights LLC.

She also serves as a Physician Advisor, specializing in concurrent and retrospective case reviews, appeals, and peer-to-peer education. Dr. Pahuja works closely with physicians and case managers to ensure proper documentation, regulatory compliance, and to prevent future audits. She conducts Medicare and commercial compliance reviews and supports hospitals in determining appropriate admission status and writing supporting letters.
